Clean,well organized. Great subs.
Ordered a meal online through the app and paid $12.48. When I went to pick up my order I was told they didn?t have the drink or... chips that I selected. Changed drink and chips to types they had in stock. I was told it was going to be 30 cents more. I didn?thave cash on me which is why I ordered through the app. I asked if they could just add the extra 30 cents to my app order andwas told no. Instead of just telling me to forget about it the man agrees I can have the juice if I skip the chips. Seriously?Your app allows me to order something your store doesn?t have, then when you are out of stock on 2 of the items, instead ofallowing a substitution that would cost you 30 cents you agree I can overpay. Subway needs to add an option for revising theirapp orders where their stores aren?t properly stocked. Read more
Taste was pretty much usual subway sandwich. However, I found the cheese on the harder side, no way near fresh and had started... to lose its shine. Read more
Experience was great but they charge a 1.20 extra for a gluten free bun where in places there is no charge
Walked in expecting to just get a sub, but the employee working was so nice. Very friendly guy, able to hold a conversation and... make my food at the same time. He truly put a smile on my face!! Read more
Really busy at lunch. That's a great thing in this case as you know the ingredients are Atleast somewhat fresh. Staff are... really kind and very efficient. It's not the typical subway experience. These people seem to care about what they are doing. Iwould come here more often if the overall quality of meats/bread was better. Those are corporate decisions. Not this locationsfault. Either way its a really good spot for a quick bite. Decent access. Read more
Best Subway bread I've ever had was at this location! They were super friendly and efficient during a lunch rush on the Friday... before the long weekend. You could tell they have regulars and they have a lot of their preferences memorized. Read more
So I didn't get what I ordered through the app. It was mostly wrong. I put in a complaint through the app. It's now been like 60... days without a response. So it seems like neither the franchise nor the corporate office really care about making thingsright. Glad to change my review if I ever get a response, glad to avoid this franchise and the app if nothing everhappens. When are you finally going to get back to me!!!! Read more
