Absolutely disgusting. The only person working was making a sandwich for customers in the drive though. Then grabbed a drink... from the customer accessible vending machine, then went & used a POS system with those drive through customers & then came backto make my sandwich without changing gloves. I then asked her to change her gloves & she gave me excuses as to why they don?tchange them & that the vending machine is ?sanitized?. Please explain how one person has the time to man a drive through, walkin customers, & sanitize every surface in that place regularly. & regardless of regular sanitation, regardless of covid, glovesshould be changed for every single sandwich. This was absolutely disgusting & the staff trying to justify her actions was evenworse. I can?t even think of ordering a sandwich through the drive through here, they violate health & safety right in front ofcustomers eyes, I can only imagine what they do when customers can?t watch. Went through the drive thru. No one answers. I parked and went in and asked if anyone is working the drive thru. She said no,... its only here. Why doesn't this manager get more employees? And why doesn't she put up a freakin' sign out there so they aren'twasting our time. When I had my two wraps, 1. Both of the orders were wrong and 2 it tasted very off. This is the last time I go here. Myself, and multiple other coworkers have gone here over the years, since it's very close. All... of us have gotten sick on multiple occasions. This was the last time I'll get sick from them. I got a wrap, it was made fine,but when I started eating it while walking back, like I do every time I go, it smelled and tasted off. Like some sort ofchemical. I got within a block of work, and decided to only eat the insides, which were fine, this time, and tried the wrapseparately. It was the wrap itself.
