Was able to link back me getting Giardiasis to when I ate from this subway. Which is a parasite that can be transmitted in food... either by preparation or lack of hygiene. Contacted them and no remorse was shown. Did not care about my situation at all. Read more

Ordered express with the app. The subs were fine but the express pick up wasn't faster than normal ordering because there was... only 1 staff working. Eventhough I could see my subs on the counter I had to wait. Parking is also tricky in their small sizelot for all the business that occupy this strip mall. Parking around the corner, just off Edmonton trail is easier - if youdon't mind the extra steps. Read more

Definitely some laugage barrier. Navpreet was my first server. I asked for a footlong turkey on gluten free bread. She said we... have only 6 inch $1 per bun. I said ok so 2 of them equals a footlong I'm ok paying $2 for bread. She said ok. She startedmaking my sub and she went to toast it without me asking. I said no please don't toast it. She said the bread is cold, should Imicrowave? And before I could even answer another lady grabbed my sub and said don't worry about it to the other girl. Thenasked me "what you want" I said the veggies I wanted and she finished my sub. Apon paying she charged me for 2 seperate 6 inchsubs, I told her the first girl said that it's the cost of a footlong but $2 for bread and she said no she did not say that donot lie to me I can hear her from the back. She proceeded to charge me $5.79 twice plus $1 twice for bread and my bacon (ofcourse) total was $15.77 for ONE 12 INCH TURKEY SUB !!! This post has taken me about 15 mins to write and my bun is still frozenand I cant eat it yet the bread is to hard. I am very disappointed as I was so super stoked to finally be able to eat a fullsubway sandwich again. I guess I will continue to just order bread and pick the toppings off and throw the regular bread awaylike normal. Read more
