Customer service is good but I doubt the ingredients are always fresh. We experienced this first hand today when we had ordered... a gluten free turkey sub for over $8.00 plus tip. I did phone to speak to the restaurant about the gluten free bread beingextremely dry, stale, falling apart and pretty much inedible. He reassured me it was fresh. Impossible! Kiddo eats Subway andalways orders GF bread and this is the first time it's been this bad. Reading the previous reviews, looks like I'm not the onlywith stale bread issues. We'll skip this location. Just got a white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie that looks like this. Everything else was fine though.
WORST SUBWAY EVER. I'd drive an hour if that was the next closest subway. We live nearby, I've been disappointed a few times... previous but today was the LAST TIME. Terrible customer service, vegitables were wet and looked brown in color. Bread was old,almost stale. The pop machine was dispensing pure syrup... and they charged me extra for a drink AFTER I ordered a largefountain. It was decent, the employee's need to smile more and be happier. It wasn't an enjoyable experience. The food bins were filled... with cross contamination from other products. Over all it's a pass because the food was eddible and tasted decent. But thisplace needs to pick up their game. Read more
