Hair on a jalapeño, showed it to the girl who then brought it to the back. Her superior came out and showed me the jalapeño... and said where is the hair? They must?ve taken it out, he then continued to explain that they don?t replace sandwiches or givecredits especially when the sandwich is more than half eaten. Clearly my girlfriend and the girl worker saw the hair, Ireiterated to the girl worker ?you saw the hair right?? to which she replied ?I don?t have good eyes?. The superior thenoffered another sandwich but girlfriend and I were disgusted at the service we just left. It is just subway but wow what adisgrace. Read more

A few awful experiences at this location, though this one takes the cake. Female worker (didnt catch her name) prioritized skip... drivers over customers that were in the store. She also couldn't communicate, comprehend or understand English or French. Mademe wait while she made a skip driver's order twice, usually speaking fluent Hindi to the drivers but ignoring non Hindicustomers who were waiting in the store. I also found out that there were other workers in the back of the store doing nothingwhile there was a line up people in the store. Really unprofessional service and unbecoming of a chain like Subway. Read more

Have been using this subway for well over a decade. New ownership is my only thought for how quickly this place has gone... downhill. The toppings are not very fresh, brown lettuce and mushy tomatoes are normal more often than not. The bread is made infar too large of batches and if you don't get in at the right time it is often stale. More than that however the customerservice is awful. It is not uncommon to have one or two employees working during prime hours and they are far more concernedwith preparing orders than assisting waiting customers in the store, I have been asked to "wait 10 minutes while I do thisorder" despite being in the store before the order was submitted. In addition they are the only Subway I have seen that non ofthe employees will wear mask even if asked by a customer. Other Subway locations say it is mandated by Subway itself so theyobviously do not care about any guidelines set forth by the company. (pandemic related) After 10+ years of using this locationI will not again. Any other Subway location in the area will serve you better. Read more

For the most part it was great. But I'm really disappointed that I ordered 2 kids packs and neither of them came with a drink or... a snack. Which is a little odd since I have gone to other subways before and gotten juice boxes and snacks with the subs. But itwas literally a mini sub and a game for each of them. And my kids shouldn't have to do without. Specially for the prices ofthese things. Read more
Arrived at 7:20 pm to order a take out sandwich. The staff member asked me to wait for 15 minutes so she could make some... sandwiches for a skip order, I?m cool with that. At 7:35 she told she had another big order for skip and to try another subway.She was polite, said sorry. No problem, I won?t be back to a restaurant that can?t take less than two minutes to make a singlesandwich. Poor service unfortunately. Just for fun I waited in my vehicle for 5 minutes, and no skip drivers arrived during thattime. Read more
