Staff is not ready to listen at all
To call this place bad would be an understatement. This place is by far the worst subway in Calgary
This guys are taking 17 mintues to make a single sub. They doesn?t even care about customer?s time. Too slow and not even rich... to use dressings. Not fresh as well. I asked for to toast a sub with veggies and they said like we can?t do it. After all, theycharge highest price than any other subway in calgary I have found. Read more
So I came to the Subway Northhill location a couple days ago, it was a big white lady with tattoos who served me, I ordered a... foot long sandwich combo, anyways all was well, order was right but as soon as I paid with my Visa card she made a comment andsaid: ?your paying with visa? So many customers were paying with credit card today, she was like ?I?ve never owned a credit cardin my life, it?s money you have to pay back, I?ll never use a credit card ever. I don?t want to be in debt.? In my head I waslike: ?so what? us customers have the right to pay with any method right? As for freshness of the food, Lettuce and greenpeppers weren?t fresh, I even found some small pieces of lettuce that was black. Not really sure if I?ll be back or not. The staff were rude. The guy behind the counter just couldn't understand when I said that I want to pay before he makes it... (since it's a new card.) He snapped at me a few times but when he went "Do you want your sandwich or not?!" I just said "No Idon't" and walked off. I even saw a few others walk off after talking to him, and get in line behind me at the adjacentStarbucks, so I'm sure I'm not the only one. So I went to north hill mall subway the guy was just talking the the girl and didn't attend me. After few minutes I asked if he... was ready to take my order but still talk to his friend at work. I asked for falafel footlong sub and he said they don't carefalafel . This happens everytime I go there. I got my sub and left. No customer service and don't understand English as much.Which is fine.
