Has anybody else noticed the decline in girth of these sandwiches over the years? I myself have snake oiled many ladies over the... years with outlandish claims of magnum sized subs of my own. These sandwich artists and I similarly leave people hungry butstrangely wanting more. Read more

I would like to give 5 stars to Sandwich Artist ?Manpreet(Punjabi Girl/Indian). She was polite, followed instructions, made... delicious Veggie Sandwich, packing was also perfect, she filled and cut sandwich very nicely, added adequate amount of sauces,closed sandwich nicely. I wasn't sure if the reviews posted here were as true as they claim, so I decided to try this location anyway. This is easily... the worst Subway I've been to, mostly because of the customer service as opposed to the food itself. Still, it makes a hugedifference when going from one Subway to another. This is the only Subway I've ever been to that doesn't accept coupons, whicheven that in itself didn't make sense to me. Even when trying to order something I had to ask the person helping me to repeatthemselves 4 times because they were speaking way too quietly and softly for a busy lunch hour in a room full of people talkingand making noise. The cashier, who appeared to be the manager or a supervisor (she wasn't in uniform), was not friendly towardscustomers at all and when I was prompted to use my card to pay, that was the end of the transaction as far as she was concerned.No simple "thank you", or "have a good day", nothing like that. She just walked away and then came back to get the next customerto pay. I know it's not the end of the world, but simple politeness and manners go a LONG way when it comes to customer service.In addition, it's really not hard to do. At all. It's an incredibly simple thing to do that makes customers feel appreciated andhuman, instead of just being perceived as walking funnels of money to be processed through like an assembly line. The foodtasted fine enough and it was the food from Subway that I'd expect, although I had to ask for more veggies since they put on avery stingy portion that looked like nothing at all on my sandwich. I would rather travel further off campus to a differentSubway than ever visit this one again if the staff can't make an effort to effectively communicate or show simple manners tocustomers. Read more
