I went there today to grab a sandwich and at the same time I had to use the washroom. There was an ?out of service? label on the... washroom door. I asked the lady at front if I can use the washroom & I will grab a sandwich later. She forced me to pay for theSandwich first and then she would give me the key for washroom. So Washroom is NOT ?out of service? now ? They wanted me to Peein my pants while placing sandwich order. Both the ladies at front were rude. I will also report this incidence to their AreaManager. Lady working here has no courtesy to greet customer. With her rough customer service she started making my sandwich with... cheeping out on green veggies and sauces. I m not hear to eat ur bread bun. Ordered through Skip the Dishes. One sandwich, chips, one drink. Sandwich was wrong, I got cookies, no chips. I called the... restaurant and the lady said "I'm busy". Wouldn't talk to me, wouldn't tell me how she was going to fix my order. She didntreally even care. She just said "Oh...sorry. I am busy. Call back later." Terrible customer service. Went in twice and, depending who was there, got treated like I was interrupting something super... important. On top of that, they treat toppings like a rare commodity and want to charge more for extra lettuce. Yes,lettuce. This is one of the few subways where I always go when one certain employee is working before close she is stellar and makes a... perfect sandwich with great care. I noticed that most people seem to think they should get overstuffed sandwiches that theycan't even eat and when they don't they get all bent out of shape and leave disgusting reviews.
