The service here is terrible. I order my salad through skip the dishes and have no way of requesting a chopped salad or extra... dressing as there is no notes section. When trying to call in to get them to make it the way I like, nobody answers or they hangup the phone. First time this happened I call a mistake but this is now the second time and completely unacceptable. You need toanswer your phone and update your skip the dishes items to accept notes. Read more

Decided on subs for supper so tried to order online with either deal they offered online. One being order one get one and the... other was buy three get four. At checkout neither deal could be honored so I called the shop and they had no idea what I wastalking about and they had no deals. For the hell of it I called the shawnessy shop and they told me the 4 for 3 was good butcould not order online, in store only. Sorry but everyone working there is pretty short and I have a hearing problem. So when they talk to me I cannot see their faces... because of the counter top in between us. So unfortunately I cannot hear nor understand what questions they are asking me withregards to what I want on my sub. I realize this is no one's fault but I find it very frustrating. If maybe the counters couldbe made a little less tall in height. They would still protect the food but I would be able to see the staffs beautiful smilesand be able to hear them as well. Stopped in to Subway yesterday for some lunch. The parking lot can be a little hard to find a spot if you are looking for one... around lunch time, but the restaurant is clean and service is quick. I enjoyed a chopped grilled chicken salad with tastyvegetables and ranch dressing instead of the typical sandwich which they are known for. Their salads are nothing fancy, butthey hit the spot when you are looking for a non gluten option for lunch. Read more
This is my go to subway location. Friendly staff, always fast. Nice and clean. Love it here. I visit 2-3 times a week. My go to... sub is the BMT on Herb and cheese, half with subsauce the other half ranch and siracha. Get that bad boy baked, you're inheaven. Read more
