Came in to grab a quick lunch and the man working there ignored me for at least 2 minutes even though I tried to get his... attention. He didn?t listen to me when i was customizing my sandwich. There was a fly going in and out of the veggie and knifecontainers. He then used a knife that the fly landled on to cut my sandwich after using a paper towel to wipe of the sauces thatwere still on it from the last order. Finally when the fly was on the counter he slid the sandwich towards the fly to wrap it upand squished the actual :D out of my sandwich. Overall really bad experience I don?t want to come here again after that. Read more

Manager?s Team Neri is awesome! Friendly and Polite staff! I suggest you get your sub abit earlier than usual coz they get busy... at lunch rush. Long lines to be expected. Or Order remotely thru the Subway App and skip the long lines and pickup your order. Read more
Jasmin at this location goes above and beyond at customer service. Very considerate. Takes initiative to change her gloves and... requests her other coworkers to change globes to when she recognizes you as someone being sensitive to food allergens or otherpreferences. She's also efficient and I've seen her taking on quality control by redoing overdone sandwiches. She should bepromoted! Read more
The service was quite nice and efficient. I got the limited edition pulled pork bbq sandwich, it was super filling. This... location is often very busy during September to April. They lost one star due to the sticky counter tops and overwhelming useof BBQ sauce. Read more
Sub ingredient selection was very rushed. I was spoken to in a sharp tone by the employee who made my sub. (Different from... cashier.) I had to ask for my receipt. It wasn't offered to me. Cashier was ready to throw it away, preventing me from usingsubwaylistens.ca effectively. But thankfully I received it. They've blacked out/hidden the prices on their menu and that isunfair to the common consumer. Take a look at the photo posted. (Circles with hidden prices. They were coloured out. Payattention to "Beverages" section, no options or prices visible to customers.) The only thing that I liked was the fact that thesub was toasted correctly. They didn't take it out of the oven early. I had a great experience today at this location as the staff were friendly and quick. They also have a new look on the boards... which brings a fresher feel to the place and they even asked if I would like a bag. So it does look to me that they are tryingto improve this Subway and are succeeding so far. Read more
Cucumbers are either moldy or covered in old mayo. Either way it's disgusting. Beware. When I told the staff they just grabbed... cucumbers from the opposite side of the container. I threw this sandwich out immediately afterwards. Read more
