Ordered a Turkey sandwich, found a piece of bacon in the container of Turkey. After telling employee there was a piece of bacon... in the container she put that bacon mixed Turkey back in the same bowl and started arguing it is not her fault if there is abacon in Turkey container. Did not apologize, did not take any ownership. She did not understand how serious this issue is,there are people who do not eat pork due to religious beliefs and I am one of them. Great server but rude cashier. I bought 2 sandwiches and the cashier doesn't show any appreciation with her costumer. A lady... ahead of me was asking for a bag for her sandwich and your cashier said NO, but you gave other people bag. This is the worst experience I ever had with subway. The owner/ guy who serve the subway he is rude. He doesn't know how to deal... with customer. The way he talks as if doing a favour on us. The lady who served the sandwich was so rude! This happened on August 20, 2022 at approximately 4-4:10 pm. My girlfriend ordered... steak and cheese and simply asked to add bacon nicely but she ignored her. After reminding her, she responded rudely. Mygirlfriend was taken a back. Worst subway place I have ever been to. I work in the mall so subway is always the best option for lunch but this place gives... worst service. Went there yesterday, the indian girl was so rude and unhygienic. First, she didn't even acknowledge that peopleare waiting in line, Second, she didn't wash her hands or wore gloves, took out the loaf of bread and put on the white shelfthey have before putting it on the paper. Then I asked for bag to put my subway, she rolled her eyes at me and sighedfrustrated. Never going back there. They should atleast show some basic human courtesy. Read more
