I went in to this location for lunch today, what a treat.. I didn't catch her name but she was the most polite Sandwich artist... I've ever had an encounter with, she was not only very quick at preparing the food but was also very funny and you could tellshe was genuinely listening when I talked. I went to This location yesterday around 7:30pm and order two veggie patties and one chicken sub. Chicken one was good but... veggie patty was cold. I decently asked her to make it again because my brother doesn't wanted to microwave with veggies. I justtook one bite and felt its really cold like from refrigerator. But the lady started arguing that i toasted in front of you, iwas like i agree but its cold may be u didn't defrost it before. She was not listening at all and was very rude and said youneed to mention double toast it. I start arguing than too and than she made me new one and didn't put cheese in that as i paidfor it. Its not about money or make it again but its worst customer service i ever faced in my life. She didn't say sorry atall. I will never go there again. Read more

Visited Thurs March 5, 2020 @ 8:30 pm & we were helped by Sara? I believe was her name! She made our experience awesome & put... amazing effort into making our sandwiches. Absolutely horrid service. The level of attitude show towards customers was brutal and the lack of care with peoples food was... annoying. The part which made me write this review was after I paid the sandwich was left behind the counter where i could notreach it. She turned and snapped "what, receipt? I kindly told her the sandwich was still behind the till and she turned,stuffed it into the bag and pushed it across the counter. I then asked if I could have the cookies since they were not in thebag either. The lady rolled her eyes, grabbed them and pushed them across the counter. I thanked her and went to leave but as Iwas leaving the worker muttered something in another language to her co-worker. I was kind and patient but this experience wascomplete joke. I just visited this store and felt clear racism as an Asian, the sandwich maker lady was didn't greet as I said hello but she... didn't say anything because she was on phone put airpord and she didn't offer anything to drink or cookies- maybe she thought Ican't afford as Asian and interesting thing is she didn't ask me for reciept so this is not fake review as I am local guide andrequest owner to see video footage at 3:25,10oct.
