Put pizza sauce on top of the cheese. Almost no Parmesan came out of the shaker and in general didn?t have the freshest... ingredients because they don?t get enough customers. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip which most locations don?t do. Read more

Amazing service, fresh bread, fresh veggies. This place is almost the last restaurant standing in Northland Mall, and the staff... are putting out a full effort to survive the Pandemic. Hearty serving sizes, extra (fresh) toppings, and smiles across the glassshow a love for the business. If I could rate this HORRIBLE SUBWAY no stars I would. Untrained staff, the owner is so arrogant, unprofessional and has no... hygiene! If you want to get sick eat all you want but I wont ever step foot in this subway again. The owner should be ashamedrunning a business like this. Read more
After standing in line for the one staff to finish with the customer ahead of us figured she would quickly take our order....she... continued to fill the veggie containers for a another few minutes and only came to help when I assume is a regular customerapproached the counter ahead or us and served her! Stated we were first and NOTHING....she continued to serve the line budgerand we happily left without having to drop our $20+ to pay her wages! Read more

The previous owners were really nice and friendly. The new people running it are needing little more training with customer... service and also about the portion size. Unless subway is planning to change it. Read more
