5-starring this Subway because I made a mobile order, then someone called me to make sure I was going to the right airport... Subway to pick it up (there's actually 3 here at YYC), then transferred my order to my actual nearest Subway where I picked upflawlessly. I was floored. Read more

Subway by the outside of B 3rd floor Domestic. Today the lady who work in there was ssooooooo slow . I went there she was... inside I keep saying hello can I buy for more than 5 minutes when she came out I ask her nicely if can I buy she was notanswering she kept doing covering the cookies with plastic wrap and fixing her counter. After 5 mins she can and that?s the onlytime she speak I ask her if can I buy and told her the bread I want . She just keep saying what bread so many times. She wasalso very rude. If I can give 0 zero star I will , she deserves it. Other employees before her was great. Read more

Staff has poor English, and are quite rude. They had 4 people behind the counter, only one working and one screaming directions... at anyone who would listen. Good thing you?re basically captive here. Read more

Subway in the yyc international D wing. This young guy at counter on Jan 21 9am was rude and no customer service skills...He... didn't even acknowledge his customers with basic Greetings. I work at yyc and will never to there or not recommend mycolleagues. Rather go to an another Subway in the building where employees r very nice to their customers. Read more

Bad service, the staff who served me was stuffing very little quantity of veggies and in others subways, when I usually order... 6inch turkey breast they would stuff three turkey breast slices and three cheese slices, but where as here, they only serve twocheese slices. I don?t wanna blame the employee here, he is doing what he was Trained and told by his owner. How does thenurtional value of food served over here equals to the nurtional valve info that the subway mentions in their website, if theveggies and cheese are not served well. The staff has poor English understanding skills. This is my second bad experience here,not coming back this subway located in domestic food court. Read more
