Very cheap employees. I order tuna and she gave only half full of scoops of tuna in front of me. Asking for more lettuce and she... just totally ignored me and put little tiny amount of lettuce instead . Have to ask again and she reluctantly gave me more justas I was begging her. I honestly missed the old legend filipino uncle with the long hair and beard, he makes the best sub fr. And now? the kind of... chubby woman worker with the attitude cant make the sub, she never cut the foot long all the way through, I have to cut itmyself!!! also whats up with that attitude. Read more
So off to a great start get in there with my friend and the two people working in there were fighting like it was heated. I... ordered first but she completely ignored me and started making my friend?s sandwich. She asked my friend if she wanted ittoasted and my girl said no then proceeds to put it in the toaster..???? Anyways I ordered again and I wanted it toasted andthey did it however all the cheese melted off and her employee pointed it out and she just said it was fine and put some morecheese on top that wasn?t melted and I was just standing there...???????THEN we go to pay and my friend was just told the amountwas $16 and she ended up paying for both without asking if the orders were separate (which they were going to be but guess not). My experience at this location has been very negative lately. I was greeted by a very rude female employee who treated me with a... very dismissive attitude.. Before I had the chance to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich she automatically assumed what Iwanted, I had to correct her several times. When I was ready to pay she never asked me if I wanted a combo, yet I watched as sheasked the previous if she wanted a combo!! She didn't even offer me the courtesy of a bag!! awful experience, I ordered with the subway app and followed instructions. They didn't answer the phone the first time and when... they did pick up the second time they told me that there was no order for curbside pickup when it was clearly confirmed on myphone. I went inside and told them I have an order for pick up and they told me it didn't exist. The person who helped me wentto back and then confirmed my order. order was rushed and is missing a bunch of vegetables and they didn't even apologize forthe inconvenience.
