It was not busy by any means but my mother was served and I wasn?t even asked even though I was standing in line and the man... behind me was served before me. I wasn?t even asked until I said I hadn?t ordered yet. The service was so slow. We were inthere for 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The server didn?t listen to any of the veggies I asked for and had to take wrong itemsoff and threw them out (unnecessary food waste). Very poor service. Read more

We used to love going to this subway, all the people that worked there before were so friendly. Now they?ve hired new or... different people from what I?ve ever seen and they?re terrible and rude. June 6, 2022 @ 7:30 pm went to Shawville Blvd location to purchase dinner for my teenage son and I before his hockey practice. ... While waiting for our order to be taken, my son needed to go pee urgently. So he went up to the employee and politely asked forthe key to use the washroom. The employee told him the water was not working and so he could no use the washroom. So we wentnext door to Mucho Burrito purchased a mango soda for $3.50 and asked for my son to use their washroom. We returned to theSubway to purchase dinner. A gentleman walked in behind us and he asked to use the washroom. The employee allowed him to usethe washroom. I asked the employee why she allowed the gentleman to use the washroom knowing the water was not working. Sheresponded saying maybe it is working now. I asked her whether she was not telling us the truth about the water not working asshe did not want my son to use the washroom. She said "sorry". We felt really disappointed by the experience and left withoutmaking a purchase. Read more

We frequent and use the SUBWAY® app at quite a few different locations. Love it but would never use it at this location as both... subs definitely were not made as the way we requested or ordered them. Both of us we're missing the ingredients we requested onour subs. Never had any issues at any other locations, won't be back to this one. Read more

On google is states they were open til 8 today. On their door it states they are open til 8 today. We show up and they have... their open sign off, we call and no one answers. The girl is waving us away stating they decided to close early. Closing overhalf an hour early is not okay. Now I don?t have dinner. Thanks. Won?t be returning to this subway again. Read more

I have been to this location a several times now, and i am forced to leave a 5 star review as they have served me exceptionally... well every time. Staff here is highly professional and polite in the proceedings. Serving good quality and hygienic food to acustomer is their main priority. Highly recommended..???? Read more
