Love that this Subway is so convenient for me, but the Subs are terrible in comparison to other Subway Restaurants in the city. ... I've never seen a policy of cheapness like this location when it comes dressing up your sub. Counting and placing the minimumamount of cheese, lettuce tomatoes, etc... on your sub. They are even stingy on salt and pepper. I witnessed trainee place onetoo many slices of bacon on a sub today and watched the manager remove it from the sandwich right in front of the customer. Totally disappointed with this Subway. I have tried to give them the benefit of just having off days. The bread is stale the... ingredients are old and I am tired of feeling like I am a burden to have asked for a sandwich. I only went to this location outof convince but have learned my lesson and head for the location in Ranchlands by the 7-11. Don't like leaving negative reviewsbut enough is enough. Read more

Slowest subway I've got very been to. It probably took 10 minutes to make 2 simple sandwiches and told us that she was out of... vital ingredients to our sandwiches halfway through making them. Not only that, she spent about 2 minutes slowly filling a traywith meat instead of helping customers first. We won't be coming here again. Read more
I am giving a 1 star for having fresh food and it is a 24-hour subway. usually theres no line up after 730 pm. but their... customer service needs improvement. sometimes i have to wait for an employee to come out from the back. Topically 3-7 minuteseven i have to yell times to get their attention. I started to go to another subway for better customer service, but I know thissubway is 24/7 for our convenience. but there veggies and bread are not fresh at all. The employees that helped me were nice but not very helpful. I went to get sandwiches for some friends and 1 of them has to eat... gluten free so started ordering my food and I asked if they knew what was gluten free and what wasn't. they had no idea so theyhanded me a list of all the ingredients with little ticks showing what was and what wasnt gluten free. So I looked at it for asecond and as I went to start asking for the toppings she started helping the customer behind me out. I wasn't about to cause ascene so I waited for this guy to order how ever many sandwiches he got I was standing there for about 15 minutes. Then a secondworker comes out of the back and the one that was already out told her specifically not to help me and to help the customerbehind me. I have no idea why she couldn't have helped the person who had been standing there for over 15 minutes vs the ladywho just walked in behind me. Anyways I just told them it was fine and that is get food where the employees will actually helpme. I won't get food from here again and if you like to have a nice experience getting food then I would not recommend. Read more
Smallest worst sub I've had in my life!! I'm a really frequent customer of subway and this place is BS! You shouldn't be able to... fit your F****** fingers around a subway sub!! Every time I've been to this location they give the crappiest customer serviceand make the chinsiest subs. The lady today gave me some BS about how she's only supposed to put 6 OLIVE PIECES ON EACH SUB??Whoevers running this franchise is the cheapest m*****f*****. Hope this subway burns down. Lol.
