Half the time they wait until you arrive before making the sandwich that you ordered on the app. What's the point of ordering in... advance and giving them 20 minutes if they don't bother until you actually show up. Seriously annoying, especially consideringthat I pay through the app. It's not like I'm not going to show up, or cost them any money. Read more

The staff talk in their language about the customers. I confronted them and they were shocked that I understand and then two of... them went in the back to do more talking. Horrible horrible people. I would never go here again. Read more

Awful just awful. I went in to get a sub and almost got overcharged if I didn't point out the employees' wrongdoing. From the... get go the employee (a female) wasn't very friendly. I asked her for a moment while I decided what sandwich I wanted topurchase. When I was ready I walked closer to the counter to prompt her and rather than ask me what I would like to order theemployee rudely stated "Are you done?" to which I was a bit thrown off by. I kindly stated yes and began to state my order. Iordered a footlong Green Goddess Rotisserie Chicken sandwich and when asked for the type of bread, I stated the one and alsoclearly mentioned that I wanted swiss cheese. I could tell the employee was not at all paying attention to me and put whitecheese so I kindly corrected her and then she slapped on swiss cheese on top and I had to take the extra cheese when I didn'teven want that much cheese to begin with. The veggie selection to be very honest did not look fresh at all which was very veryconcerning so I had to carefully select them based on appearance in hopes that I wasn't served something bad. The rest of thesandwich making process went fine. When going to pay for the food, I was very shocked as the employee was charging me almost$14 for a footlong sub that was clearly posted as $10.89 on their menu board. When I questioned this, the two employees at thetill tried to laugh it off which was not professional at all. I am fairly certain that they made fun of me as well because Icalled out this error. Again, for most of my visit, the employee was giggling and chatting away with her coworkers with no mindto me as the customer. I strongly stated that I would only be paying the amount that was stated on their menu to which theemployee responded "I can give you a receipt, it will show you our current price of this sandwich. I ordered thru skip the dishes. I got meatball full long. It was missing some of the ingredients that I asked for. Barely had... ingredients in it. I will not order from here every again. So disappointed ???? Read more

Recently moved to Skyview. Went to this Subway once. The staff was very efficient and they put a big portion for meats.etc. Best... part was how this Subways prices were much lower than other locations ive been too. 5 stars. Im a regular now Read more

Giving two stars purely based on their poor customer service. I had to tell out twice for someone to come from the back to help... me, lady helping me didn?t listen at all, didn?t initially heat my steak up for the steak and cheese. When I asked her too, shestarted having a really bad attitude with me about it. When she actually did heat the meat up , she took the cheese off and putit BACK into the tub of cheese . Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go to a different one. This poor experience was thenail in the coffin for me, and I will be sharing it locally with community members also. Read more

The last time that we went to this subway we were pretty disappointed with our experience. My husband only went in because he... had a coupon on the app for the store. It ended up not working and the location wouldn?t honour it which was prettydisappointing because we had never used it and he had it right there on his phone from subway itself. After this my husband hadto keep instructing the person making our sandwiches to add more toppings as they were placing maybe 3 leaves of spinach on theentire footlong sub. Previously, we?ve received orders with entire toppings missing that we requested only to find out they docarry that topping. Lastly, we both felt very sick that night from the subway. I obviously can?t confirm that it was for surethis that caused it but we were both fine before we ate it and both got stomach aches shortly after we had it. Not a greatexperience. We will not be returning to this location as the customer service is poor and the sandwiches are only okay. Read more
