This location can get pretty busy during the mornings, so you may have to wait a bit if you are ordering at the till. To avoid... this, I would suggest using their mobile app and ordering ahead of time, before you ge there. This location is busier likely dueto the closure of the location on the second floor (+15 level), but it seems they are still able to keep up with their orders.Food here is always great. I usually get the Caramel Macchiato, or if it's available, the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Not only is itimportant to have good food (which they do), but the staff and their service has to be good aswell. Never upset with the coffee but the customer service is lacking! Some employees do an amazing job with remembering your name &... order, and making you feel welcomed by creating conversation. The manager literally asks for my name every single time and i seehim pretty much every morning. Read more
I accidentally ordered a grande on the app but didn't realize until after I purchased. I asked one of the girls working if I... could change it to a grande with a price adjustment, but she said to not worry about it and made me a venti without having toadjust! Whenever you tell somebody we'll meet by the Starbucks in Bankers Hall you better be specific around which location you actually... mean. There are two locations in Bankers Hall, one on the main floor and a second one almost directly above it on the secondfloor (plus 15 level). If you work in the building you'll most likely go to the main floor location as that is the one closestto the elevators. If you're meeting somebody who doesn't work in the building they'll most likely go to the plus 15 location asweather outside is often terrible. As for the Starbucks, no better or worse than any other location. If you're in a rush doyourself a favor and use their app to skip the line. Read more
