This location can get pretty busy during the mornings, so you may have to wait a bit if you are ordering at the till. To avoid... this, I would suggest using their mobile app and ordering ahead of time, before you ge there. This location is busier likely dueto the closure of the location on the second floor (+15 level), but it seems they are still able to keep up with their orders.Food here is always great. I usually get the Caramel Macchiato, or if it's available, the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Not only is itimportant to have good food (which they do), but the staff and their service has to be good aswell. Never upset with the coffee but the customer service is lacking! Some employees do an amazing job with remembering your name &... order, and making you feel welcomed by creating conversation. The manager literally asks for my name every single time and i seehim pretty much every morning. Read more
I accidentally ordered a grande on the app but didn't realize until after I purchased. I asked one of the girls working if I... could change it to a grande with a price adjustment, but she said to not worry about it and made me a venti without having toadjust!
