Tiny little Starbucks in a second floor corner of an office building, but it's the closest Starbucks to the wife's office. The... staff are friendly and service is great. I have absolutely zero complaints about this place. Wait there is one thing. Is isStarbucks policy to comment or compliment the customer on their clothing or something? Because they keep complimenting my tshirts and they're all like a decade old. Not really a complaint but it's a bit awkward. Read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The service is slow and prone to errors. Today it took over 25 minutes to... receive a mobile order. On three occasions since the fall I've either had to give up or try and get a refund for my coffee. Someof the staff have poor attitudes and I've seen them in direct fights with their managers. I would avoid this location at allcosts. Read more
What a great team this location has, led by Brendan. Today, mobile ordering was shut off, I didn't know, my order went through,... and I went down like I normally do. But I was greeted with "where did you send your mobile order to"? I was so confused. Ishowed Brendan my phone and he said there, you sent it to Bankers Hall. I had no idea. They made my order free of charge, andI am glad I am not the only one that had the issue because there were several other people in line that sent their order toanother location without knowing.
