Wish staff in a.m. would not use my name so many times in the course of the transaction...."hi Sue, what would you like today... Sue, how would you like to pay Sue, thank you Sue, have a good day Sue". It sounds disingenuous - not good customer service -and, frankly, I don't want everyone in the store knowing my name! Nice and friendly staffs. They are always smiling even they are busy. Better than other starbucks near there!
No wifi. Limited seating - specifically not good for groups, meetings or studying. Had to repeat order several times to staff.... Atmosphere fairly loud, based on the design. Read more
Usually I got better coffee, but in this location sometimes they habe problems with it.
Staff is very friendly, and drinks are normal Starbucks quality joe despite it not being a corporately owned shop. Being a... franchise you can?t redeem points and free drinks etc. or order ahead, but that seems to just make it less busy than a normal?Bucks, which I like for a quick coffee run. Read more
