Visited 10-15 minutes before they closed and stuff were super friendly and one of the best stores I have visited.. great team.
I've been camped out here for a few days to work while waiting for my condo to get WIFI, and I've got to say, I've never been in... a Starbucks where every staff member is so friendly to the customers. Happy to have this as my new local Starbucks! Read more

Good location with consistent drink quality. One employee has an issue with customization requests, she get's a little bit... annoyed and lets out a sigh. At $6.50 a drink, a customization should be no problem. Won't stop me from coming though, I likethis location. Read more
Terrible. Service sucks (so many employees for how slow it takes to get food done, girls wearing acrylic nails against policy,... making fun of customers in the store) and so does the coffee. Every time i come to this location i regret it. Since thislocation is closest to my house, I'm dropping starbucks all together. I am sick of paying 7$ for a cup of burnt milk. There areso many coffee places in Calgary, dont be desperate and basic. Go somewhere else. Read more
The location on 14th was giving out free beverages due to the Rogers network/debit service being down, just thought it was a... good idea to mention how nice that was. I appreciated that free coffee. You will get a nice tip the next time I swing by!! Read more
Service at this location is mixed. Lots of employees work here. Sam is great and always is helpful with suggestions. However... there are two employees that stand out for terrible service. One is a male with short blond hair who also has a nose ring. Istood by him the other morning waiting for my mobile order. It said my order would be ready in about 5 minutes. However, despitethe fact that he kept calling other people's names, he didn't call mine. Finally I asked him if my order was ready (15 minuteslater), he said it was. It was sitting on the counter beside him. He told me I should have said something (which I could have,but I didn't want to ruin his routine). Instead of apologizing, he had the gall to blame me for not picking up my drink. Ithought to myself, why else would I be standing beside you if I wasn't waiting for a drink? If he was more perceptive, he couldhave asked if I was waiting for a drink order. Or was he doing it on purpose? The reason I say this is because this afternoon Iwent back to this store for another coffee with a colleague. He called out our names, and when I asked about a green splashstick, he said they didn't have any. Even though I thought I could see them on his side of the counter. Thinking my eyes wereplaying tricks on me, I started to walk out of the store and spotted some more on the other side towards the bread items. Iasked the girl there about it (skinny white girl with dirty blonde hair), and she said they were not available as they neededthem for the drinks they deliver. Really? You can't just give one to someone who just bought a couple of drinks? I'm not acustomer? Almost made me think it was a racially motivated moment, but I don't have any proof of that so I'll just leave it atthat. However, I will agree with the other reviews that mention staff being rude. No longer going to this location. Staff need awake up call - except Sam. Great guy. Read more
