I went in to get a coffee refill (travel mug) For what ever reason I can only have a refill if I have a Starbucks card. If not... they will charge you full price for a coffee and waste a cup. Never heard of this before. It must be a new policy that I'm notaware of. Either way I walked out of the store and bought coffee at Tim Hortons where they had no problem re-filling my travelmug. Probably won't be returning to any Starbucks as I use a travel mug regularly. Read more

Use to be there very often before COVID-19. Now, not anymore, customer service is just like everywhere. Pay more, less service.... And some kids who serve talked to you like we are from the same family. No way, i am not your brother or your friend ! I am acustomer. Finally if you want drink a coffee with a real cup, dream on ! Garbage and pollution, is the goal of starbuck. No moredishes to do. Allo, wake up guys !!! Read more

Online orders are getting out of control, and SB's needs to figure out something...like mentioned here already, coming in for a... simple drink is greeted with a long wait now, with dozens of online orders sitting at the counter and being made. There are afew great staff here though, hence the 3 stars and not 2.. UPDATE: 2021/09/08: It's now even worse, it seems SB don't want walkins anymore! UPDATE: 2022/10/15: It's even worse!!! Terrible customer service. I was picking up some drinks for friends and got the name of the beverage wrong since I couldn't... remember the exact details (always just get coffee). I asked for shaken lemonade and the cashier just stared at me blankly likeI had said something strange. I asked "is this something you have?", thinking that I couldn't be that far off, and in an annoyedreply the cashier rattled off some other options including shaken iced tea with lemonade (pretty close to what I had said so notsure why there was attitude). One friend had requested their drink have less sweetness, so when the drinks were ready I askedwhich one had less sugar so I didn't mix them up. The barista responded in a condescending tone "it's listed on the cup" andwalked away. Highly disappointed in this experience. Gratitude for business goes a long way folks. Read more

My coffee ended up being $6.05 and I only had $6.00 in change and they wouldn't give it to me. It's not going to break their... bank to give a coffee for 0.05 less. I've worked many retail / fast food jobs and I would have given a customer their item forthat difference. Read more

Good location in Marda Loop. Quick service with parking around or inside the Safeway parking lot. Washrooms are always clean... here. Read more
