Is this the decline of Starbucks? Doors locked at 8:30am! Apparently only people with cars can have coffee. Similar... experience this week in Edmonton. And than red deer has renovated with zero chairs or space for a customer to drink in thestore. Again ?we only exist for people with cars or TRUCKS ?. Tried to go thru drive thru at 6:30pm, nobody would take an order. Drove up to the window and staff members were just laughing.... Left without purchasing anything. I'll never go back to this useless location. Read more
Came in to buy beverages for my office, I really had to use the bathroom, I was told that I couldn?t use the bathroom, and to... walk over to the grocery store 2 blocks away. Complete joke, what kind of business tells their customers to go to anotherbusiness to Use the toilet. Won?t be coming back!!! Read more
My caramel macchiato was made to order and received kind service! Their location was only doing grab and go recently and did not... allow sit-ins so just had to pivot my on the go plan to work remotely elsewhere. Read more

Ordered a beyond meat sandwich and they provided me an undercooked 'meat' as into the middle of the sandwich, the meat was cold.... I informed this at the counter and the same person replaced it for me. This time the cheese was looking of fried as if out ofspite(image). Especially considering that when I went to the counter to initially complaint about the sandwich beingundercooked, she asked for the vaccination proof thinking that will irritate me. The hours on google are never accurate I?ve gone 3 times at different times in the evening and the location was closed. There?s... no signs or indication that it is closed when you are in the drive thru and several people before and after me sat waiting forsomeone. Update your hours on google and have your staff stick to a specific schedule. Read more
