Now I understand that Starbucks is primarily a coffee place. However I am not a coffee drinker. And when I order my drinks, the... cream versions of a lot of the lattes, they are always made wrong. This isn't once or twice, this is consistently happening.Either you need to teach your staff to read the labels of each person's drink properly so that they make sure that they get withtheir ordering or find a better system. There isn't anywhere else I can get steamers near my work and I would like if they weremade correctly just once. A lot of times when I order breakfast sandwiches with no cheese I get to work and there's cheese onthem. Again I believe this has something to do with the staff not reading the customers label when it prints out. Or they simplydo not care. Read more
I came in and ordered a customized drink. The staff (a male in his 50s) were not happy about it, saying ?These customized drinks... are getting weird?. Another staff was putting in my order and the cost came out at more than $6. I have always ordered thiscustomized drink at other locations and always cost $4.52 I said I would like to cancel the order. They didn?t bother lookinginto the screen that I tried to show them (my customized drink on Starbuck app which cost $4.52). Worst location with very meanstaff, unlike other locations where I always feel welcome. Read more
This Starbucks is located inside a Safeway. I love going to this one because the Staff both at Starbucks and Safeway are some of... the kindest people I have ever met. Everyone is extremely helpful and my Starbucks drink is perfect every time. The staff isalways willing to help you out when needed and have a smile and a hello for you too. Read more
Open at 7am, they accept air miles although they don't ask if you have it, and don't take it if you don't show it before you... make your payment. They sell coffee bags and coffee mugs and tumblers with the holiday themes. Read more

I have to write in regard to Elaine L's review. These locations are owned by Safeway, just as the stores at airports etc. They... pay Starbucks a monthly fee. They do not adhere to their discounts. This is fact as I worked at Starbucks for many years. These locations are employees of Safeway, not Starbucks, they are not allowed to accept tips, they don't Starbuck staffdiscounts. New staff there are incompetent. Had a happy hour coupon for 50% off sent via starbucks official email. Tried to use it in... store, and was told they were not able to do it. Have used it to no problems prior. All starbucks clerks have a 4 digit codethey enter for the discount. The clerk did not understand this concept and reffered it to a senior staff member who just brushedme off and said they don't do codes. Absolute bs service. Went to an actual starbucks, to zero issues. Last time I came here, 2clerks just standing there for 10 mins just talking to themselves rather then helping a huge line that was forming.
