The guy preparing refresher now at 12.30 pm 16 Sep 2022 is adding just ice in the Large refresher glass. I could see that he did... not add lemonade at all and did not prepare it well, not even shaking it after adding ingredients. This is such a gross serviceand it tastes water and just ice. I had just 4 sips and the drink is finished in the large glass provided. Read more

Enjoyed a grande chai tea latte with a shot of espresso here this afternoon. Had a nice conversation with the baristas while... waiting for my drink order to be prepared, so it was a pleasant experience. Read more
Went there this morning and the Rogers outage has their registers down. I was tearing through my wallet for change and came up... with like a dollar or two, but then Cale, the loveliest employee ever, said it was on the house and that he understood thefrustration about not being able to pay with a card right now. I was at the counter of the Starbucks in the food court at 830 and it was completely closed. I checked the website and it says... they close at 9. I'm wondering why they closed half an hour early while everyone else stayed open? Read more
When I came, I was a tired, absolute mess of a rotting corpse. After I get my delicious coffee here, instead of being exhausted... to the bone and half-dead, the anxiety and loneliness came back, but at least I was more alert. 10/10 would recommend if you'rehaving an existential crisis. This is actually a review for the one in the food court. The staff were dealing with a very upset and rude customer but we... received great service and many apologies for the wait time.
