This is the fifth or sixth time I?ve visited this location and they have always made a mistake with my order, every time.... They?re pretty good about fixing things usually but I just didn?t have time to go back today. I ordered an iced apple crispmacchiato and a breakfast sandwich. I was handed a hot drink of the same variety but didn?t notice right away because the cupwas coated with apple syrup. The drive thru attendant double cupped it for me to alleviate the stickiness, which was fullyacceptable. Two stars for consistently inaccurate service. Read more

Stopped in this morning for a mobile order as I was in the area around 7am. Was never greeted when I walked in and there was... MANY workers who glanced at me. Waited for a straw and no one said anything. I flagged a girl down when she made eye contact andasked for a straw after a few minutes. Also asked her to confirm if I ordered 2 drinks as I thought I did but I saw only 1drink, she said just 1 when she checked. I?ve been to many Starbucks around the world and am a regular so it?s not my firstrodeo but first impressions are everything. Deerfoot Meadows Starbucks, I like you guys. I visit frequently as you?re right near work. However, missing an inch of latte due... to over pouring foam- when I?m paying $6 for the whole thing -is disappointing. I?m really starting to reconsider how well spentmy dollar is when I get 3/4 of a drink instead of a full one. It?s really a shame.
