Friendly and efficient as always! The coffee has always been and was also for this visit, perfect. I find this one a bit loud... and small, but some people like the bustle, so it's not necessarily a negative. ?? Read more
They made the wrong drink, I went back to exchange it. I didn't even an apologize for it. Instead the girl was in a mood when I... asked for my exchange. Of course if I'm paying $7-8 for my drink, I'm wanting the correct drink. Read more
This is the fifth or sixth time I?ve visited this location and they have always made a mistake with my order, every time.... They?re pretty good about fixing things usually but I just didn?t have time to go back today. I ordered an iced apple crispmacchiato and a breakfast sandwich. I was handed a hot drink of the same variety but didn?t notice right away because the cupwas coated with apple syrup. The drive thru attendant double cupped it for me to alleviate the stickiness, which was fullyacceptable. Two stars for consistently inaccurate service. Read more
