Went to this place this morning and ordered what I usually get from Starbucks. They messed up my order and instead of fixing it... for me she told me I needed to pay extra for the milk alternative even though it wasn?t my fault that my order was messed up? Iordered what I wanted and the man seemed as though he understood my order so I was surprised that I was given something verydifferent. Instead of the barista correcting the mistake she kept attempting to make me leave with a drink that I didn?t likenor want because it was more convenient for her. Read more

Really depends on your barista. Usually forgetful of food orders and awful at making sure your drink is made with the right milk... source. As someone with an allergy, I avoid anything but the brewed coffee and even that usually tastes off. Better off headingto the odyssey. Read more
This place is 50/50, if you want a simple espresso drink you're likely to get what you ordered. A specialty drink however will... most likely be made incorrectly. For example two weeks ago I ordered the juniper latte, the barista said 'oops... ah milk fixeseverything' then he continued to make the drink. It didn't fix the drink, it tasted terrible. Today the cashier tells me thatthis particular Starbucks is not able to accept promo codes generated by the app. Is this a knock-off Starbucks? Starbucksinside Indigo and Safeway seem to be able to accept promo codes. Second Cup is a two minute walk away, much better place to getcoffee. Read more
This is their Mocha tea latte, did not mix well and underweight
Now this is a great Starbucks location but be prepared for it to be very busy being directly across from a college. Plenty of... room to sit with a huge store seating area. The place was clean and the customer service was perfect on this visit. Freenewspapers available to read on this visit which I assume is a regular Starbucks thing. Read more
