Everyone is friendly, fast and curteous, quickly respond to requests, and hard working. The customers are also pleasant and... aware of others. Across from SAIT, and on 16th Avenue, it's a busy location, yet it runs smoothly. Out of curiosity, I satoutside to watch the flow if customers for 10 minutes. It was well paced, but not rushed. This is probably the worst Starbucks in Calgary. I have a feeling this Starbucks might be where they train their staff. This is... the closest Starbucks to us but we try to avoid it if all possible. The wait is always long - from taking your orders to makingyour drink. Doesn’t matter what time of day or how busy it is, it will always be slow. My advice is to stay away from this oneor order your drink in advance. The picture I took here was a morning where it was nearly empty. We went to order our drink butstood in front for 3-5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. There were 3 people behind the counter (cashier, barista, andmanager). They avoided eye contact and just continued doing whatever they were doing. Had to do a few ah-hems to get theirattention. I know this is really first world problems but Starbucks is known for their services and this one seem to becompletely off brand. Read more
