Slowest Starbucks I?ve been to and I have given them the benefit of the doubt by going here on several occasions. Today was the... last straw when I had to leave without my order which was paid for because the 20 minutes I had been waiting had made me latefor my appointment. I used to work at this location, and I can tell you the service has improved a lot in the last couple months, I now purposely go... out of my way to get my weekly coffee from here. There?s also ample parking too, which is a HUGE plus! Read more

My daughter and I went to this location today at 2:00 pm. We waited in line at the drive through for thirty minutes. When we... finally received our drinks, one of them was half full. We ended up going into the store and showed the cashier the half fulldrink. The cashier asked the barista to make me another drink. She made me another half full latte. My daughter and I were soflabbergasted at what happened that we couldn't help but laugh. I don't understand why I would receive a half full drink andhave to go back into the store to receive the other half that I paid for. Such horrible service!! Read more

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They prioritize the drive through first and let the in-store and mobile customers wait.... Many times this has happened to me. Drive through is much better therefore if you can, do the drive-through. Never have aproblem at the drive-through. Read more

Opens late, gets your order wrong and often out of what you are looking for. I know some things are out of their control but... sometimes the dismissive responses make me wonder how much is context and how much is staff or management. Read more

Sat in the drive through for thirty minutes this morning. Each car took at least 5-10 minutes to order. This is absolutely... ridiculous there isn?t even anyone inside the store? I have never been to Starbucks that is so incredibly slow.
