I go there 3 times a week in the morning as its close to my work, and get a decaf caramel macchiato, but the espresso ALWAYS... tastes burnt. I now go to Westsprings as they are better. Read more
Service is almost always slow, they are consistently out of stock in many different items on their menu, and the staff are... constantly tired and seem overworked (though they try to be nice and polite, they always sound a bit frazzled). There is alsoissues with order accuracy if you try to specify parts of your drink. I've tried to give this place a chance multiple times andthey seem to disappoint me 9 times out of 10. Really nice staff, drive through can be long but they are efficient. But, this is the worst coffee I?ve ever tasted, definitely... not up to Starbucks standards. Yes, sometimes they do make mistakes, but you could always go back adjust the drinks.
