I never had any issues coming to this location until the last 4 months, the staff are rude when you ask them anything you get... either an eye roll or a shrug of the shoulder. Today was the last time I will go there, I went yesterday used a reusable cup noproblem, went in this morning and went to pass them my cup that was clean and was told they are not accepting reusable cups,when I mentioned I had used a cup the day prior I was met with an eye roll and a ?fine?. As a paying customer this is sounacceptable. I have been coming to this location since 2015 since I work just up the street, but this just was the last strawof rude encounters I have had over the course of the last four months. Read more

They don't have the ability to use the Starbucks app, yet the app still was able to charge me twice for the same drink, that I... had to pay for on my Debit. Also they only ever have Pike Place coffee, never dark or light roasts. 2 stars simply because theinside is cozy set up inside with a nice has fireplace that is nice in the winter to warm up next to. Hit or miss. Today my beverage came out well and I have no complaints regarding my drink. But they didn?t warm up my sandwich... properly and the inside was cold and watery. It?s a cozy looking place but just hit or miss with their consistency of quality. Read more

Quiet, cozy Starbucks on the edge of campus. Excellent place to study - comfortable chairs, lots of available power outlets, and... it?s the least busy Starbucks on campus. The staff are great, and if it?s slow enough they sometimes serve your drinks inceramic cups like back in the day. Read more
