I am pretty disappointed with this location. I went in to grab an Large Coffee, paid Full price for it. I love my Coffee with... a good amount of cream, and I prefer to pour my cream in as I drink it. Yes, I'm particular in that sense. As such, I hadasked for a tiny cup of cream on the side and some sugar, and not have these mixed into my Coffee. The person who served merefused to fill the tiny cup with cream, giving me some lame excuse, coupled with an attitude. I left feeling annoyed as I paidfor my Coffee and prefer my Coffee the way I like usually have it. Is it too difficult to ask to fill up the tiny cup with creamStarbuck Brentwood NW Calgary? The Coffee I got was paid in Full, it isn't free or 50% off. I agree with others, the Coffee atStarbucks is not cheap, I paid Full asking price. Very disappointed in quality here as one drink costs $6.00-$8.00. I?ve ordered an iced blonde vanilla latte twice here. I order... with oat milk as I am lactose intolerant. First time: they did not substitute with oat milk and I had a reaction at workunfortunately. Second time: something is not right again, tastes awful. Ordered a venti therefore spent $8.00 on this and Ifeel ripped off. Will not be returning to this location. It?s a shame as it?s only a 5 minute drive from my work. Please dobetter. Read more
Normally this location is great, not sure what?s been going on the past 2 days but my coffees from both orders were disgusting... and had zero of the extras I paid for. Feeling quite ripped off, Starbucks coffee isn?t cheap - I always expect great qualityfrom them considering the prices, but unfortunately the quality has been non existent. Read more
I come here twice a week and ask for the same thing everytime because the location is convenient, i get a venti triple oat latte... with light foam, and this is what my drink looks like EVERYTIME!! Once is ok, two times is still acceptable, but not everytime!I am not asking it to be overflowing, but it's not even under the rim like their standardized measure. Read more
Coffee is always mediocre year after year which is why I dont go to this location often. The staff has always been nice though.... It always looks nice and its enjoyable to sit at one of the tables for a bit. They always seem to make my sisters fancy drinksproperly as she never complains. Once you taste fantastic starbucks coffee (chinook mall, lower location) its disappointing tobuy their coffee knowing it could be better. Read more
