Messed up both mine and my friends orders. Points didn?t show up at all in my app even though she scanned it 3x. Gave the wrong... size and didn?t care. Made the persons order after mine before mine. I guess at least the place was clean. Read more

Decent SB. Never messed up my order to date. In the Safeway, no drive through option. Clean. Lots of parking outside.
I?ve ordered the matcha latte 3 times from here, each time made by a different person, and each time, the matcha is not mixed at... all, and I end up drinking it with large chunks of matcha. You can clearly see the huge deposits of matcha at the bottom of thecup, as well as chunks floating on top. This never happens at other Starbucks.. Went here for a frapp. There was 2 girls working. One just standing at the till. The other making the drinks. Me and two other... customers. The girl making my drink took 5 minutes to make my drink. But she also forgot the ice? So I paid $6.45 for milk andsyrup!?!? But since she took so bloody long I didn't complain. I just wanted to get out of the store with a drink.... Read more
What is with this location? They're always understaffed at peak times and they close randomly. The last 3 times I've come... (around 430/5 pm) there have been people standing around looking for the girl. Who has left the kiosk to get supplies from thestore. Why are you doing this as everyone gets off work and arrives to shop? The time before that, they had a quality controlguy there, a line of 4 people waiting for drinks, and a line of 2 at the till waiting for ONE GIRL to do it all. While the othergirl stood idly by following the QC guy. This store needs to get its s**t together considering there's another Starbucks up thestreet at superstore. Edited to 1 star. Went back on my way out with groceries, still no one there. So that's the 5th time I'veleft this location without making a purchase. Wonder how much money this location loses this way? Read more
