Have you ever created a memorable moment for a place? Most of us have, I guess. I am not a coffee expert, but I am merely here... to share an experience. I visited this Starbucks coffee store on Aug 12, 2022. Calgary had a gentle breeze and was around 81°Fahrenheit or 27° odd Celsius. It was the perfect day for a cold coffee, some might say. I met Joey and was comfortableexpressing my innermost embarrassing secret - I am not a coffee expert. She surveyed me on my preference and suggested theperfect blend for me. Would I say that I could read non-stop for three and a half hours because of it, or should I say I ordereda second round of the same large coffee while munching on pastries and passed my exam the next day based on my studies at thisshop? I brought no electronics other than my cell phone and learned about the Magna Carta of 1215, the Great Writ, and thereason they termed Kanata ?village? the Great Dominion. I also studied the oath that needed to be given to Queen Elizabeth II.When I affirm my oath, I know now that it will be to King Charles III. My respects to Her Majesty for who she was as anindividual, and my condolences to His Majesty and family, for whatever it may be worth. When I ordered my second cup, an hourand a half later, Joey said, and I paraphrase - The order is in the name of Anand, right? I learned that day why some considertheir own names the sweetest word in any language and took a leaf out of Joey?s book to remember & use as many names as I could.When I left the coffee shop, two of them said goodbye. One of them was Joey. I am off to visit the same coffee shop today (16Sept 2022), and if I meet the other person, I will ask their name too. Read more
retrain all of your barista, all unprofessional and they don?t have any customer service. I suggest they just work remotely... instead. Read more

Staffs are great, but very understaffed. Wait time for drinks are over 15 mins. Seems like a problem for all the Starbucks in... Calgary. Read more
My 37 week pregnant wife and I stopped by on sunday September 12th. It was fairly busy with a small lineup and there was about... 5-6 staff working. After we had ordered our drinks my extremely pregnant wife needed to take a quick seat due to swelling andjust generally being extremely pregnant. The staff then started to gossip and whisper amongst themselves until one of thiernumber, an individual with stretched ears and a "unique" haircut, chose to embarrass my wife in front of the other customers andmade her stand as the chair she was resting in was marked as "closed". The described individual and the other staff found thisinteraction to be amusing. They went right back to laughing and dancing while avoiding cleaning the filthy tables that were setaside for costumers. We understand that companies have covid protocols and guidelines. In this situation I feel like no "rules"were being broken. We weren't using the table, my wife was clearly and simply resting in a chair whilst we waited for ourdrinks. The complete lack of empathy and just human compassion portrayed by the staff at this location is shocking. To kicksomeone out of an empty chair because of "rules" when they are obviously struggling is downright disgusting. We will neverreturn to this location. Read more

Mornings and evening time is best to come at this Starbucks! When placing a mobile order, the order is ready when you arrive.... Drinks at Starbucks is so good, and you collect points every time you order. Price is reasonable, would prefer Starbucks overSecond Cup or other expensive coffee shop. Water and pup cup is free!
