If they stopped paying so much attention to the drive through their in store customers wouldn?t have to wait 30+ minutes! Not... only did my husband and I have to wait and absurd amount of time I was also splashed multiple times by the barista having a badday! By no means am I saying it?s easy being a barista or is it wrong to have a bad day but what I do think is you should takecare of your in store customers just as much at drive through! This location has the best staff and the most consistently good drinks! This is the only Starbucks I'll go to in the city... anymore. The staff are always working so hard but are still so friendly. Keep up the amazing work! Read more
The amount of times I?ve come to this location and been disappointed by the slowness of service staggering. I always expect it... to get better but it never fails to disappoint. You go inside and there?s 4 people working the drive-thru window but one on thecounter. Take the gamble of the drive-thru and it?s the longest wait of your life. I can?t believe I spent 20 minutes waitingfor a drink because Starbucks can?t staff their locations. Read more

I went through the drive thru today between 1:30 pm and 2 pm.. I was in my way to work when I got thirsty and realized I had... forgotten my water bottle at home. I decided to go to starbucks to just get a cup of iced water. I got to the speaker and thelady greeted me nicely until I asked for iced water. She began ti give me blunt answers and sounded annoyed. I thought maybe shewas tired. Until I got to the window and she handed me the water with her head turned not even acknowledging me. I said thankyou with a smile and got nothing back from her. She then proceeded to slam the window shut as I was about to leave. Very rudeand disappointing since this is my favourite Starbucks location. This experience then put me in a bad mood for the majority ofthe day, but I hope her day is better tomorrow. Read more
The staff here are so nice. They always greet you with genuine smile. I live far from here but It?s my favourite Starbucks. For... the management, the power outlets need to be fixed. Cables are always loose. Read more
