I have literally never had a positive experience at the starbucks. The people who serve me are always super passive aggressive,... non-personable. I refrain from coming to this location unless I absolutely have to, This location needs to focus on improvingtheir customer service. Read more
I was craving for Starbucks badly and i was at work, i used my 15 minutes break to drive to Starbucks but when i arrived there,... Starbucks was open and there were a note will back in 6:55pm. I normally don?t write reviews at all but I had to post this as I just had a really bad experience at the Starbucks inside... Safeway here. The lady who took my order is really nice but the other lady who made my drink was so rude when I tried to reachover to get a straw myself, she literally yelled at me to not reach over. I know I could have asked her to just pass me a strawbut I thought I could just get the straw without bothering her(which she should provide me in the first place along with mydrink), as she was busy to make another drink there. It is a relax beautiful Saturday morning, why you have to do that to acustomer! Read more
This is the only Starbucks i try to visit because its close to home AND because the staff are wonderful.. truly kind and... patient. This morning I went for my coffee i havent went for in a long while and i notice a new young man working there.. hisname is Tony.. He was SO appreciative of my patience and EXTRA kind, his smile was gentle and he knew exactly what kind ofcustomer service to bring to the customers ahead of me and myself.
