Not sure what the kids in this world are doing. Lylan said he can?t heat up my lemon loaf because it might burn me!????????????... The manager comes over and says that they have been told not to heat up stuff with icing on it so not to burn people. ???? Burnpeople! With warm tasty icing! ? This is the first time this have happened and I have been going to Starbucks for 20 years! Whatis this world ???? coming too! Every other Starbucks heats them up! Just say the molten icing might burn you ! I?m good withthat! Guess that?s what we get with kids serving us these days! Can?t think for themselves and make a decision on their own! Iwould have tipped that person for Doing that and will have to now i think! I?m paying a lot of money for a coffee and packagedsweets and they can?t heat it up for 9 seconds. Horrible Starbucks. I never review Starbucks before because I usually get good service but this place is the worst. No one... greeted it as not busy, staff just stood there until I asked to order. So I came in today asked for a grande pumpkin cream cold brew extra pumpkin foam, as soon as I stated mixing it it started... curdling which doesn't generally happen with this drink at least from the times I've had it. I've ordered here several times inthe last little while as I generally like these cold brews but the last 2-4 times have all been wrong orders or not what I askedfor. I generally wouldn't say anything but today's poison I got served was on a level of its own. Very nice staff though. Read more
Bought a grande latte only to open to find out only 3/4 of the cup was filled.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. We ordered from the wrong location and showed them the receipt. The proceeded to make our... drinks and did not charge for them. They were extremely busy at this time and will still were super helpful and kind. Thank youfor the great service! Read more

We had a little problem with the location near us over a starbucks cup we earned with points. The location near us made it so... difficult to simply exchange it as they had given us a broken cup. Upon contacting the Sundance location, we met Cameron. Anangel who went totally out of her way to understand our issue and fixed it by going over and above what she had to do includinggiving us a free gift card for our troubles . This location, to us, always gets our drinks perfect and customer service is waybeyond excellent here. Thank you so much for all you did! Totally appreciated.
