Always going to this Starbucks , today I went as usual to get my late and the barista was so rude , I asked for a sleeve cause... apparently you don?t get it every time you order hot drink and she kinda throw it all over the counter without saying anything .I get it , we all have a bad days , but I didn?t say anything bad and my day was great before I enter this location, late tastedweird and sour, after coming home I felt extremely sick , pretty sure milk wasn?t fresh . Being a customer with Starbucks over two decades, went to many locations, this is the worst shop ever , few days ago (red cup... giveaway day)ordered online went in for pickup , the app says drinks will be ready for pick up on 8:21am , around 8:30 , I askedif my drinks is ready ,one girl went check didn?t say anything once she returned. 8:35 am I asked again , also told her I ampick up for my husband . I had a cold that day so I was wearing a mask , with the very dry throat I could barely talk and myvoice changed , the barista laughed and asked me the same question then she laughs again. Finally she made my drinks, I askedfor red cup since we ordered holiday drinks , but literally just 2 seconds after she made the drinks she has to see the cupswhich I already hold in my hands .during the time I see how she treat the other customers, I just been treated differently . Enough is enough. This is my local Starbucks, at first my drinks started good but as the years passed it?s gone down the hole. I... don?t feel like some of the workers are approachable & now I have to always double check my drink before I leave. They willshort me on the cold foam or caramel drizzle depending on my drink, it?s not even that complicated. I?ve even ordered a chai tealatte and was missing the chai taste. 2 stars for the good times that come although not all are good, didn?t wanna be too harsh.This place can be very busy but when it?s not and you make simple mistakes because you didn?t actually read the label thenpeople have the right to be upset. The worst customer service ever, super rude and ignorant staff. Placed mobile order and chose to pick up in-store. When I got... inside I saw my drinks put in the corner, patiently standing at pick up for somebody to acknowledge me but all staff workingthere ignored me. Finally when I got one lady's attention and talked to her, she got super annoyed and rude then blamed me notsaying hello to her first. I'd never blame staff for a one-off bad day but I've come to expect awful service here. Good luck picking up a mobile order. We... come here often as the location is convenient and we are consistently ignored. Once you do check in, the staff are often rudeand try and blame you for the trouble. Read more
A few months ago I left a 4 star review because I have been going there years with family and friends and were never really... disappointed. Today, August 7th at 12:51pm I am changing it. I went to this location and after purchasing everything tastedalright but the two sandwiches I got were, to put it simply, disheveled.
