I came here on July 26th between 9 to 10am...no busy time..order decaf coffee.. but I got coffee with caffeine. I knew that... because I stayed up all night and I know the exact feeling with caffeine. This is for me kind of life thrighten matter so neverforget to say 'DECAF'. I frequently go before heading over to my work and every single time I?ve come, the woman behind the counter is incredibly... pleasant. She greets me with a genuine smile and ?good morning?, which brightens my day! She is always so quick to make mydrinks/food and is very friendly, which is why I choose to walk in here every morning rather than drive through the otherlocation. No real complaints. Fairly small location - wish it was easier to chill and enjoy the experience. Solid 4 out of 5. This... location was kind enough to fix a wrong order I took on the go from a different location. That was nice. I have ordered the same drink at Starbucks for over ten years (chai latte with an extra pump chai) and have never been charged... to add the extra pump. It?s really not a big deal I think it was 50 cents but after kindly asking the girl why there was anextra charge she very sarcastically told me it?s a machine that pumps out the chai so they have to charge extra. After receivingmy drink I over hear the same girl louding saying to her coworker how she hates people like me who question things. Anyways Ihave never recieved such poor service and rude behaviour from ordering a coffee. I am not one to post reviews but if the managerof this location is reading this I suggest talking to the girl with long brown hair that served me on Dec 2, 2018 in theevening. I won?t be returning.
