Awesome staff that made me amazing drinks really quick
Red cup day was absolutely insane. There must have been 20+ people waiting for their drinks and red cups. The staff did a... phenomenal job working as a team to provide the best service they could despite the chaos. Pretty much like every other Starbucks and honestly I can't really complain. Stopped in as I was needing some time to kill while... my car was getting serviced. Decently fresh coffee and the staff was kind and friendly. Read more
Waited and waited for some one to take our order. barrister came across from the counter after a while and cleaned tables as we... waited. We just left without ordering. Did not chat with or acknowledged us. They saw us leave and it felt like they did notcare match. Read more
TRENTA!!! *6 OUNCES BIGGER THEN VENTI* I know right? What more can be said. The only drawback is no dome lid - so suck up that... extra whip and slam the lid home! Warning: this is not for everyone. Small and generally quiet location. Can get busy during peak hours. Parking is bad though. Better off parking somewhere else and... walking over. The baristas are nice and they know most of their customers by name. Super easy to order ahead and pickup stuff atthe counter. They have a large space for online orders so it's easier to navigate than other Starbucks stores. Read more
Hair INSIDE my drink and my egg bites ! SO GROSSE ! Avoid this location ! It?s obvious the hair is from the only brown haired... barista at the location. I had to come back twice within 5mins to give back my items due to hair being in both my items. I amdisappointed in this location, all they said was ?wow yeah that?s gross ? and gave me back my refund for the one item. I amdisappointed in the fact that they did not think this was something they should care for a bit more. I had to waste time out ofmy morning coming back twice to give back my items. I am left with no breakfast, running behind with my morning and extremelydisappointed. I expect a lot better from the customer service here and I will make sure to escalate this.
