This place is so clean and tidy. The staff are so friendly and considerate. Our 2 year old grabbed a ceramic mug, dropped and... broke it. We offered to pay for it but the staff just gave us a very warm smile and said ?that?s ok?. It was such a verypleasant visit! Read more

Drive thru server was friendly. However, we got a vanilla latte and vanilla steamer and both were extremely sour tasting like... either the milk or syrup has gone bad. Had to toss both drinks after only a few sips of each and that was $10 down the drain. Read more

Birthday reward refused! I went back to the cashier just in case my offer on the app wasn't scanned properly or some other error... occurred. Rather than resolving the issue, the cashier told me that nothing can be done at this time, I should have verballytold her before the order and not just scan the offer on the app. I was still in the store and I believe there could have beenother ways to resolve this issue for me rather than leaving me upset on my Birthday. Why have a birthday reward when your staffcan't honour it? Read more

AMAZING SERVICE!!! The wonderful girl in the drive thru window Sunday morning around noon was so friendly and kind. Asking us... how our day has been, what our weekend plans are ?etc. She was so sweet and genuine. First time coming to this location (we wereroad trippin?) and I hope I get to come back next time I?m in that area. Yeah my morning is wonderful. It might be a great idea to make sure your baristas have the lid fully on the cup cause the male... with the red hat, handed me one that wasn't closed so I got a nice hot cup of coffee on me. Not only that but no one evenoffered to help me afterwards. Not even replace the drink that exploded in my lap. This is honestly unacceptable. Edit: Got acall from the district manager about 3 weeks ago with promises that they would fix the situation, it's December 7th now andnothing. This company is completely unprofessional through and through. Read more
