Well I already had this place as 5 Stars, but tonight there was a small mistake in the kitchen, but did they sure catch... it. The server noticed before we even said anything (we were going to let it go). She insisted on grabbing the Manager. Theyreplaced the meal, took it off the bill and apologized again stating they hold higher standards. Honestly, I haven't hadservice like this for so long. We were so impressed. Great place. Quick easy spot to grab lunch with clients. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The food was just alright; the beef in the... tacos was dry and ate like pulled beef jerky. It could use more moisture. Overall a simple and safe choice. Convenient parkingoutside. Read more

The food here is excellent. The steak for the Matador Salad was cooked perfectly and the presentation of it on a skewer is... beautiful and creative. The Spaghetti and Meatballs had a large portion and was delicious! Even the kid's menu meals are quitedelicious. The restaurant decor is quite lovely as well. So why only 3 stars? The service was unfortunately terrible. Oirwaitress seemed like a lovely lady, but she completely ignored us for a good half hour after we were seated and then over andover again as we sat. With two young boys that is a recipe for disaster as they start to get restless. The kid's menus don'ttake too long to colour so the long delay set the stage for teasing and fighting between the two boys. Our waitress was onlyserving three tables inside and possibly 2 tables on the patio so she was not inundated. We felt like we had to beg her to serveus. When we ordered soda water and lime juice it was flat water and lime juice. When we ordered chicken wings as an appetizer tokeep the boys occupied before their meals the wings came at the same time as the meals. It is strange though because usuallywhen one gets ignored by their server it is usually that the server has a bad attitude, but she was actually quite pleasant.She just ignored us and did not listen, but with a smile. Spot on was amazing! Great food and great service. The only thing I will point out is that we had to wait a while for our food.... With that being said though we were happy to have had appetitizers otherwise we would have been very hungry! Read more
It is a busy place. However, it does cater to families and children. Their kid menu was a win for us. Ordered pulled pork... sandwich which was really great but the sweet potato fries felt like it stayed longer in the oil than it should have been. I wasa bit disappointed to see they didn?t have mocktails on their menu but I guess probably because they are big on beer. Anotherwinner was the popsicle that came with the kids food. Had lunch with my Mom here today and it was incredible. First time here and will definitely be coming back. Food and service was... awesome! Best spin dip I've had in calgary so far. And our server Nathan was also amazing! Read more
