Worst customer service ever I came across to enjoy a burger. First they forgot to put the toppings in the burger and then... instead of apologizing, gave me a plate with toppings on the side to put in the burger by ourself. What a joke. Read more

It?s been a while now this is my one of the go to burger place. They have Halal option too. Ordered Mushroom and Swiss with... halal beef patty combo. I love the taste of the burger and the service was very quick. I usually go to other locations but thislocation is on my list from now on as well. Read more
Received a coupon for my birthday for a free burger, which was pretty exciting as I had never been to South St. Burger before.... What I experienced was very disappointing and I was very happy that I didn't actually pay the extortionate price for it. At$9.75 a burger, you would expect a certain quality and taste, South St. Burger lacks all of this. It is just your typical fastfood burger with a frozen patty and average toppings, I at least expected the cheese to be melted on the burger while it wascooked as in the pictures, but this is just added on cold after the fact with all of the other raw toppings. For similar qualityyou may as well go to A&W and get a whole combo for that price. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money. Read more
Very plain burger. Tasted like nothing, got the BBQ bacon burger and tasted no BBQ sauce even tho I saw there was some on there.... Fries were plain, only taste I had was ketchup. Even my coke was plain, 0 taste at this place. NOT worth the $15 I spent here.Go somewhere else. Read more
