Soul Kitchen BBQ Co. recently catered my wedding and they did an absolutely fantastic job! I cannot say enough good things about... this company. Not only was their food delicious, David and his team were professional, always easy to reach and available toanswer any of my questions, and they allowed my now husband and I to cater their menu to suit what we wanted for our guests. Wewere able to go into their restaurant the Waterloo ahead of time and try a lot of their food and meet David in person. Out ofall the vendors I dealt with for my wedding, this company I spoke with the most. And they never made me feel like I was anuisance. The day of the wedding, they showed up, did all the set up and take down, stayed close so the guests could ask themany questions about the food/ingredients, and then packaged up all the leftovers for us and were on their way. All of my guestsloved the food and leading up to the wedding when I told them about the menu I was so proud of the food we would be serving.Unlike a lot of weddings these days where you get chicken, veggies, and some other crummy side dish. We had pulled porksandwiches on homemade potato buns, smoked brisket, mac and cheese, corn bread, baked beans, Caesar salad, and coleslaw. Had their pulled pork and it was amazing. Best in the city! Right mix of smoke and flavor. I will definitely be going back!
I contacted Soul Kitchen bbq to see if they could cater for a party very, very, last minute. Unfortunately the truck wasn't... available but David suggested providing us with platters of food. It was amazing. Good prices, fantastic food and excellentservice. Would highly recommend them! Read more

Soul Kitchen did an excellent job catering our July wedding. David was very professional, and quick to respond to emails and the... day of the wedding they were very helpful and friendly. The food was all hot and ready on time and was absolutely amazing! Wehad numerous guests comment that it was the best wedding food they ever had! The food variety was excellent! We had brisket,pulled pork, and chicken which were all very flavourful and cooked perfectly! The sides were mac and cheese, warm potato salad,baked beans and coleslaw. My favourite was the potato salad, but they were all amazing! They went above and beyond toaccommodate a dietary restriction by finding something for a vegan guest.
