Terrible location! I was there last week and the server was friendly, suggested items to try, he was awesome! Went back... expecting a similar experience, not even close. Waited for ever to get seated, waitresses avoided to say hello as they pass youby. I took a menu to order when seated, the short girl was not happy about that! She grabbed it off my hands when she too me tomy table. I told her that I was ready to order, still had to wait. I've never met a person that displays so much the hate forher job, yikes! I order my drink which came later with a complimentary gnat swimming in it. I told her about it as she walkedaway to another table with the anger showing on her face. When she came back, she took the drink saying that she didn't see itwhen she served it. No sorries, not even I'll get you another right away, nope! Just grabbed it and left. At that point, I hadto get up and leave. I feel sorry for whomever owns this location, al that investment and hard work to have a successfulbusiness only to be destroyed by a staff member who clearly does not like dealing with people. It has been many, many years since I last sent to a Smitty's. I had it in my mind that it was mostly fried foods. My daughter... wanted to try it so we went to the one in Macleod Trail. It was really good! One side of the menu was all-day breakfast optionsand the other side typical lunch and dinner fare. Enough options for everyone and to make me want to cover back and try someother dishes. Friendly staff, clean tables, good prices. What more do you need? Read more

We went to this location for a quick meal. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Until we saw a mouse running back and... forth on tge floor. We did inform the staff whom told us they were aware. This made us think could the mice be on the tables, orin the kitchen on the counters. I suspect yes. Needles to say we did not finish our meals. The staff told us an exterminator hadbeen on site, however the issue remained. I would suggest the manager should shut down and completely wipe down everything andget the exterminator back. My mother and I go here every week. Wanda isn't just the wonderful lady that brings us or food she has become our friend. In... fact all the service staff are FANTASTIC, we always feel welcomed. The food is always good, and I love watching the fish intheir huge aquarium. It's a great place for kids because they have this amazing live aquarium they can watch. We decided to try out the Smitty?s breakfast buffet and we were very impressed! My wife and I had the buffet and the kids... ordered off the great value kids menu. Jenny was our server and was excellent! Great location nestled between Lowe?s and Walmarttoo. We will be back! Read more
