Signature Palace has disappointed again. This place has been going downhill the last three times I?ve been there. Today I... decided it would be my last time. We ordered shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour pork. The shrimps were iced inside just thrownand tossed into cold stale fried rice, the fried pork was full of fatty pieces, fried in stale oil and also reheated.Unfortunately I?m going to have to go to the Chinese restaurant on Bow Trail now onwards. Chow Mein was 90% noodles with a thin layer of veggies, 2 shrimp, 2 pieces of chicken and a slice of pork. Also no chopsticks... and 1 pack of soya sauce for the entire meal.... This place used to be good, no longer. Read more

Ordered take out with delivery the first time this week. The food arrived hot, and we were charged 5 dollars for delivery. We... ordered online through their website directly (not through skip or open table)and were not charged a 10%. Went back 5 dayslater with my parents to eat in. Have been a consistent takeout customer for years. Noticed of late prices are WAY up almost across the board. I know inflation... has caused most of restaurant industry to boost prices but this seems extreme. I don't have an old menu to refer to but weusually order roughly the same thing that not long ago cost $60-$70 is now close to $100. Also, Satay Chicken Skewers, once afavorite are now often overcooked and hard as shoe leather! Read more

July 26, 2022Ordered for pick up online on our way back into town because we figured that way we didn?t have to pay a tip or... delivery fee. We Get to the restaurant and pay only to realize they automatically charged me a $10 tip. We asked for our tipmoney back and the guy said we must have added it online. The manager then called us and asked why we asked for our tip back. Iexplained we didn?t choose too leave a tip and it was automatically done for us and we didn?t realize this. She then basicallytold me that the website defaults to a 10% tip because the website charges them 10% for every order placed online. Althoughyou?d never know it goes through a third party website because the websites domain is the same as the restaurants name. The menuthat I got on pick up also says 5% off on pick up orders but again I didn?t get this 5% off apparently because I ordered throughthe website, apparently it?s only if you order by phone. Nice busy restaurant.. quick service good taste.. Ordered Satay Skewers ( came out as deep fried not grilled still okay total 6... pieces in picture only 3 ) .. Curry Chicken is good too but definitely not spicy if you want spicy tell them upfront, SatayChicken Noodles tastes really good. Recommended Restaurant ???? Read more

Dinner tonight was tasty. The crispy Soya sauce fried Pork chops was awesome. The rest of the meal was well made also. Even the... white rice was nice a fluffy. For some of you who are serious about food like I am, you can always tell if the ChineseRestaurant is good or not by how good their White Rice is. Something note worthy, the pricing is a bit higher than most asianrestaurants... and the orders can sometimes be lost... so you may need to remind the servers and Kitchen of the missingdish(es). Came here for a group dinner on Chinese new year and it was soooo good!! Our favourite are the jellyfish chicken salad and the... stuffed deck with sticky rice. The most authentic cantonese restaurant in town i would say! Also make sure you save some roomfor the free desserts after main course because those red bean soups or coconut jelly have the quality that you cannot even buyin calgary! Read more
