Went today to eat shawarma passion with my associate, employees were very unprofessional, left the food sitting on the counter... to get cold and began making sandwiches while I was waiting for my plate. Food was already paid for and ready to go but they didnot hand it over. The platter didn?t taste good at all and employee was very rude. Took extremely long to get the food and cameout cold in the end. Will NEVER eat at Shawarma Passion or Shawarma Palace, horrible experience. Employees need more training.Immature. I ordered here tonight for lamb, beef and chicken platter thru doordash. This is not the first time I encountered for portioning... sizes. And take note , I paid for extra meat and even written special instructions on the app and still they don?t even care orto follow that request. I love shawarma palace but this time , I will try to avoid this franchise store until they improve theirportioning sizes and acknowledging special instructions. Definitely my favourite Shawarma restaurant currently. The same food and experience you would expect at Shawarma Palace (I... understand they have the same owner/management) except this location isn?t as busy as most Shawarma Palace locations. I order the Trio platter at least 4 times a week from doordash from these guys. Huge portions and lots of rice which I love. The... meat always tastes fresh and order arrives on time. If this is the Shawarma Passion on uber eats - avoid. As per reviews- bad quality, go the extra mile to Shawarma Palace. I... ordered a beef donair with sweet sauce and paid EXTRA for more sauce and it was the driest shawarma I've ever had(I opened upthe wrap because i had to see if there was any sauce before i kept eating). No balance on how the ingredients were placedeither. Shawarma Palace has always been my favorite, but this location..awful only giving 1 star because its the only option. Ididnt even eat it.
